Her approach is open, accepting, honest and affirming. Linda’s goal with each client is to find “fuel for their soul” in hopes to help them move forward. She enjoys hearing each person’s story and witnessing their personal journey towards healing.

Sheryl has over 38 years of practice and administration management and loves learning, creating new ideas and concepts aa well as taking on new challenges. She has a love for life and the outdoors, like planting, gardening and crafts. She is also passionate about animals who hold a special place in her heart. Sheryl's driving force in life is her ability to teach others life skills and to give back to our community. This allows our team to touch the lives of everyone we come into contact with, in some type of way.

Alisa Dillard, MSW/LSW

Alisa has over 20 years of experience providing social service and mental health treatment to adults and children. She utilizes a combination of cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, inner child work, and trauma informed care. She specializes in those suffering from symptoms of anxiety, depression, cognitive distortions, lack of self-love, and low self-esteem. Alisa truly believes there is no better time than now to start or continue your journey of healing. As a licensed social worker and fellow peer on this journey called life, Alisa is very passionate about helping people discover their inherent value, no matter what their story. It is her goal to help you face the reality of life, while also helping you go beyond what is happening around you, to heal what is happening within you.
Heather Tchobanian, LMSW

Heather is a Masters-level Social Worker who specializes in working with adults & senior citizens. With over 15 years of experience, her focus is on supporting clients who experience grief, anxiety, depression, guilt, adjustment and self-esteem issues. Heather’s therapeutic style is client-centered, integrated, supportive, and compassionate. She often draws from CBT, Rational-Emotive, and Narrative therapy to collaboratively help clients work toward a positive outcome. Clients often appreciate her supportive, nonjudgmental presence and down-to-earth humor. Heather feels that the most rewarding part of therapy is helping people foster a sense of empowerment and resilience from recognizing and using their own personal strengths. Heather enjoys music, reading, movies, nature, and spending time with her family and dogs.

Ariel has a Master's degree in marketing from the University of Cincinnati and loves what she does. She is an outgoing, creative individual with experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns, project management, influencer marketing, consumer insights, and social media. She is a team player and loves learning new things and taking on new challenges. Ariel has a love for laughter, food, and crafts; a passion for music, sports, and travel; and a deep desire to give back to the community, and to experience new cultures.
