We work with older adults and/or caregivers about the aging process, adjustment and the many changes associated with growing old and all the grief and loss experienced at this time in their lives. We also work with all adults on a variety of issues and concerns: depression, anxiety, PTSD, grief, chronic illness as well as many others. We use validation and reminiscence therapy along with strength based and CBT techniques. We are EMDR certified for work with trauma. Below are several resources that we would love to share with you to explore and learn more about your mental health.
