We are a unique private practice with a niche for working with older adults & caregivers. Being a non-profit allows us to assist our home bound clients with occasional wrap around services on a case-by-case basis. We strive to make our older adult clients feel seen & supported. We strive to initiate a compassionate and pragmatic approach to alleviating the adverse effects of loneliness and isolation among seniors. By facilitating purposeful connections, offering steadfast support and championing intergenerational engagement, this non-profit aspires to cultivate a healthier, more harmonious, and interconnected community. Individuals, stakeholders, community members, and partner organizations are invited to collaborate in actualizing this vision and making a meaningful lasting impact to the well-being of older adults.
